<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data preservation system with which reading out of information from an information memory medium and writing of the information to the information memory medium may be surely carried out. SOLUTION: A library system 10 has a powder recovering device 36 in a space 24 enclosed by a housing 12. The powder recovering device has a container 48 having first apertures 52 and 54 and a second aperture 68, dust capturing filters 64 and 66 arranged in the first apertures 52 and 54 and a force fan 70 arranged in the second aperture 68 for forming the flow of the air passing the first apertures 52 and 54 and the second aperture 68. According to this system 10, the housing 12 is substantially hermetically closed and therefore the advance of the powder from outside into the housing does not occur. The powder generated in the housing is captured and recovered by powder capturing filters 64 and 66.</p> |
