<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate having a little signal delay and a display device excellent in a display quality level by using low resistance wiring, furthermore restraining the increase in wiring resistance by contact resistance. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a display area where a plurality of pixel electrodes 5 are formed, a gate wire 2 disposed between the pixel electrodes (scanning line), a data line 4 (signal line) which intersects the gate wire through an insulation layer, a terminal part to which a scanning signal is inputted, an outgoing scanning line 14 formed with a conductive film having a layer different from the gate wire and electrically connecting the terminal part, a supplementary capacity wire 11 disposed in parallel to the gate wire, a collective supplementary capacity wire 13 disposed in parallel to the data line and connected with the supplementary capacity wire, and a terminal part in which a common signal is inputted, and an outgoing supplementary capacity wire 15 formed with a conductive film having a layer different from the collective supplementary capacity wire and for connecting the collective supplementary capacity wire and a terminal part in which the common signal is inputted.</p> |
