PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal which displays an incoming call so as to be able to discriminate whether the incoming call is an incoming telephone call from a telephone whose telephone number is not registered, from a telephone in a non-notification speech communication mode, or from a public telephone at a glance when the incoming call is received. SOLUTION: When an incoming call is received from the opposite party having a telephone number that is not registered in the memory 55 of the information communication terminal, a picture for non-registration preliminarily set in a memory 51 is displayed on the displaying part 6 of the information communication terminal, when an incoming call in a non-notification speech communication mode is received, a picture for a non-notification speech communication mode preliminarily set in the memory 51 is displayed on the part 6 of the information communication terminal, and when an incoming call is received from a public telephone, a picture for a public telephone preliminarily set in the memory 51 is displayed on the part 6 of the information communication terminal.
