PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize retention properties in a stationary state, to reduce generated noise and vibration and to improve the operation quality. SOLUTION: This motor 21 has magnetic rings 31 and 33 which are magnetized respectively so as to have a plurality of poles circumferentially, made to face each other and provided on the respective one side ends in the axial direction of a stator 24 including permanent magnets 23 and a rotor 25, an approximately cylindrical frame 22 which retains the stator 24 and is made of magnetic material, a bearing bracket 29 which is provided on the one side end in the axial direction of the frame 22 and retains a bearing 27 which retains rotatably a rotary shaft 26 fixed to the rotor 25 and a retention yoke 36 which is fixed to the bearing bracket 29 and made of magnetic material and in which a retention groove 38 retaining the magnetic ring 31 and a retention part 40 provided on the bearing 27 on the side opposite to the bearing bracket 29 and engaged with the bearing 27 to prohibit the displacement of the bearing 27 in the axial direction are formed integrally.
