PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize grinder sludge composed of peculiar metal fine chips with amorphous irregular faces again as industrial resources and provide radio wave reflectors/absorbers. SOLUTION: The radio wave absorber is prepared by mixing and kneading the grinder sludge 1-99 wt.% composed of peculiar metal fine chips with amorphous irregular faces and various kinds of binders 1-99 wt.%. Various designs and embodiments are made, using this absorber as an absorber base, and suited for shielding radio waves.
