PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OCR(optical character reader) sheet easy to insert OCR paper and allowing printing without folding the paper when reading characters with an OCR. SOLUTION: Three sides 31, 32, 33 of a surface film 2 is fixed to a base sheet 1, and the remaining side 34 is diagonally cut. The base sheet 1 and the surface film 2 are formed into a bag shape with the fixed three sides while the cut side is used as an inlet, and the OCR paper is easily inserted.
