PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the whole circumferential shape of an object to be measured with lesser processing quantity. SOLUTION: The object to be measured is photographed from, for example, the front side and back side together with a plurality of markers arranged in the circumference thereof, and the resulting two sets of image groups are inputted to generate a point group data showing the feature point and the three-dimensional coordinates of the markers from each image group. The markers are made to mutually correspond between the two sets of image groups, and the back side point group data, for example, is coordinate-transformed on the basis of the point group data for the markers made to correspond is integrated with the front side point group data.
