PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily use information (fault information, analytic information, etc.), regarding a product. SOLUTION: This quality control system comprises a server computer 2 connected to client computers 3 through a network 1. The server 2 receives fault phenomenon information showing fault contents of a product sent from a client 3 of a business office, issues a slip number specifying the received fault phenomenon information, and mutually relates and stores the issued slip number and received fault phenomenon information in a database 9. The server 2 reads the fault phenomenon information out of the database 9 at a request from a client 3 of a technical supervision department and sends the read fault phenomenon information to the client 3 of the technical supervision department. Analysis information from the client 3 of the technical supervision department is related with the slip number and stored in the database 9. |
