PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule simulator capable of automatically generating an efficient work schedule. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an order determining part 22a for determining the movement order when working substances A-F to work at respective plural working places 101-204 are to move at the plural work places 101-204 and a work schedule generating part 23a for generating a work schedule plan, based on the order determined by the order determining part 22a, constraint conditions when the working substances A-F perform the work, and the work quantity of the work.
