PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise-selling system that contributes to the promotion of the electronic commercial transactions, while securing reliability of electronic commercial transactions by providing consumers with information disclosure, based on ranking and the assurance of advance payment. SOLUTION: In this merchandise-selling system, in which a firm 2 and a consumer 3 performs commercial transactions over the Internet, a virtual mall 1 receives questionnaire data about a transactions situation with a seller from the consumer 3 via Internet, gives ranking to the firm 2 on the basis of the questionnaire data, offers the firm a ranking to the consumer over the Internet and also ensures the expense paid in advance to the consumer 3. |
