PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract processing device, cancellation processing device, contract cancellation processing system and recording medium capable of performing a contraction or cancellation with the slight burden on a user. SOLUTION: This contract processing device comprises a registration processing part 50, a contract processing part 51 and a contract result file 56. The registration processing part 50 contracts to contract the provision of service between a first computer for providing a service and a second computer for receiving the service on behalf of the first computer, and registers it. The contract processing part 51 contracts for the contract for provision of service between the registered first computer and the second computer on behalf of the first computer. The contract result file 56 manages the contract for provision of service with respect to the second computer. |
