PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window-calling device, capable of distinguishing a special customer from a general customer for dealing with the special customer. SOLUTION: When a control means discriminates the special customer due to an operation performed on an operating means, the control means attaches special customer identification information to the reference number of a numbered ticket issued by a ticket-issuing means, in relation to the operation and stores the reference number, and when the control means discriminates the general customer due to an operation performed to the operating means, the control means attached general customer identification information to the reference number of a numbered ticket issued by the ticket issuing means, in relation to the operation and stores the reference number. When making the reference numbers notified with the calling means, the reference number with the special customer identification information attached thereto is given priority over the reference number with the general customer identification information being attached thereto. |
