PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a medical doctor to more reduce the labor for inputting an electronic clinical chart and concentrate on medical treatment by simplifying a mouse operation at the time of using a template thereby easily selecting an input field. SOLUTION: An input item after a certain operation on the template is dynamically selected on the basis of a knowledge DB having correspondence information of 'the sequence information of the past input items', 'the preceding event', 'the value of the previous input item' and 'the next input item', input sequences so far, the current mouse cursor position, an event that previously takes place and an inputted value. An operator subsequently moves a mouse cursor to his/her intended input item within input items selected from the DB having the current mouse cursor position, a mouse cursor position after the next event and the position information of each item. |
