PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus allowing photographing conditions more appropriate for an object to be easily set. SOLUTION: A plurality of parameters for specifying photographing conditions of the apparatus corresponding to a plurality of photographing modes and sample images 103 providing sample of objects suited to the photographing modes are stored. In setting of the photographing mode, the sample images 103 are selected appropriately to an object to be photographed, and the photographing conditions are set, based on parameters corresponding to the sample images 103. If there are many kinds of photographing modes, anyone can easily set more appropriate photographing conditions for the object and also simply obtain photographed results according to the taste of the photographer. |
