PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying method of a hollow pipe which leads to few troubles after piping, and to provide a piping structure obtained thereby. SOLUTION: A flexible coating tube 11A is arranged along the longitudinal direction through a pipe line 2 in an underground tube (a setting pipe) 10. The coating tube 11A is expanded and pressed onto the inner wall of the pipe line 2 so as to harden, which is the method for forming a hardened liner 11 in the pipe line 2. The hollow pipe (a sheath pipe 12) is provided in the pipe line 2 in advance, and the sheath pipe 12 is pinched between the setting pipe 10 and the coating tube 11A for masking and the coating tube 11A is hardened.
