<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication business method for moving body and a communication system for moving body capable of high-speed data communications by utilizing effectively an existing infrastructure. SOLUTION: Communication points 1 for executing narrow-range data communications are arranged discretely, and when a vehicle 20 on which an on-vehicle machine 21 is loaded passes the communication point 1, the on-vehicle machine 21 executes data communication with a center 40 connected to the communication point 1, and the center 40 charges corresponding to the amount of communication executed by the on-vehicle machine 21 with the center 40, to thereby operate a communication business.</p> |
