<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access necessary information by purchasing the necessary number of points by a third party who attempts to refer to identifier belonging information, etc., and to refer to the necessary information not only by intention of an owner of an identifier but also by intention of the accessing side. SOLUTION: An access managing method to information in an identifier management system including a terminal 200 for an owner of the identifier to own the identifier, an identifier management center 100 to integrally manage information regarding the identifier and a terminal 300 for a third party to refer to the information by accessing the identifier management center 100, is provided. The identifier management center 100 manages information (the identifier belonging information 122) belonging to the identifier owned by the owner of the identifier and has a function to manage access history 124 to the identifier belonging information.
