<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system and a charging machine, by which efficient charging can be performed when a user is made to utilize a computer. SOLUTION: When the power source of the computer system is turned on (S101), the state of turning on the power source is reported to a server computer (S103), the use of a keyboard and a mouse is disabled and an advertisement screen is displayed (S105 and S107). When a card, coin or paper money is put into the charging machine, such a state is reported to the server computer and the use of the keyboard and the mouse is enabled (S109-S113). It is decided whether the value (such as remaining use rate of a prepaid card, for example,) is still remained or not (S119) and when the value is not remained, such a state is reported to the server computer (S121) so that the keyboard and the mouse can not be used (S105).</p> |
