PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron device which prevents a large number of stacked heat sinks from transformation into wave shape, with heat sinks enabled to increase the strength in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: For heat sinks 14 of the magnetron device, protrusions 16d, 16e, 17d, 17e the height of which is the same as that of a round hole 15 with a collar, are installed at the tongue-shaped second fringe parts 16b, 17b, and the third fringes 16c, 17c. Plane parts 16h, 16i, 17h, 17i of the protrusion 16d, 16e, 17d, 17e contact plane to plane with the stacked and adjacent heat sinks 14 at upper part, and top end parts of the plane parts 16h, 16i, 17h, 17i of the protrusions contact with the tongue-shaped second fringes 16b, 17b and the parts bent downwards located between the flat parts and U-shaped parts of the third fringes 16c, 17c.
