PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a portable telephone/PHS data transplantation system capable of editing internal information by a general computer and transplanting information by the compatibility of memories. SOLUTION: In the case of changing the constitution and kind of the portable telephone/PHS data transplantation system consisting of a portable telephone set to be a transplanting source provided with a memory storing box storing a flash memory for storing various kinds of information, a general purpose computer for editing information stored in the portable telephone set being a transplantation origin and changing the set contents and a portable telephone set being a transplantation destination provided with a memory storing box storing a flash memory for storing various kinds of information, the portable telephone set being the transplantation destination is characteristically provided with the flash memory storing information such as necessary user information, a telephone number book and an incoming melody.
