PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the privacy of a sender, when electronic mail is transferred and to stop the transfer of chain mail halfway. SOLUTION: Reliability of a transfer destination of electronic mail transferred to others is previously set as transfer reliability relation permission by transfer destinations. Then the sender gives transfer acknowledgement permission which means the acknowledgement level of the transfer of the electronic mail, which is sent to a recipient side. The recipient side compares the transfer reliability relation permission and transfer acknowledgement permission with each other, to determine whether the electronic mail can be transferred to respective transfer destinations.
