PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength stabilization monitor with single circuits mounted at their desired positions and to provide the method for adjusting the working wavelength of the monitor by the monitor. SOLUTION: This wavelength stabilization monitor is provided with a laser source 7, two photodiodes 10 and 11 in different light paths, a wavelength filter 9 and a collimating element 8. At least the collimating element 8 can be moved to the laser source 7 for obtaining a desired wavelength.
