PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplex information transmitting apparatus that can suppress increase in a processing load for each system and deterioration in the throughput when a size of received data or a data quantity is increased. SOLUTION: A 1st system information transmission section 2 receives data from a 1st terminal 8 via a 1st input point, informs a 2nd system information transmission section 3 about the reception of the data, receives data from the 2nd system information transmission section 3, outputs predetermined information included in the received data from a 1st output point, the 2nd system information transmission section 3 receives data from a 2nd terminal 9 via a 2nd input point, informs the 1st system information transmission section 2 about the reception of the data, receives the data received from the 1st system information transmission section 2 and outputs the predetermined information included in the received data from a 2nd output point.
