PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable forming an image by binarizing or minimize multi-gradation image data without reviewing the timing of system widely. SOLUTION: A correction error value e'x,y is made to be outputted at the same time as the input of correction image data ex,y, and time margin t2 is set between the output timing of image data dx,y of the multi-gradation in a noticed picture element and the definite timing of Ex,y being the correction value of the image data.
