A coating agent for rubber runners of windshield wipers, comprises solid lubricant in form of particles, and a binder for adhering solid lubricant to runners of wipers (1), the binder has an elasticity module for 0.5 % elongation 1 MPa or more, and a critical elongation 1% or more, after drying or maturing. Independent claims are also included for: (A) rubber runner of windshield wiper (1) having film coating (3) on two surfaces of its rim part (2), the coating consisting of particles of solid lubricant, and binder with elasticity module for 0.5% elongation 1 MPa or more, and critical elongation 1% or more; and (B) process of production of rubber runner of windshield wiper, comprising application of coating agent (3) as claimed onto two surfaces of rim part (2) of runner (1), in tandem form, drying or maturing of coating agent and cutting distal end of rim part (2) to form film coatings (3) terminating over lateral surface of rim part. |
