SOLUTION: This IC card 1 has an IC 2 provided with a frequency storage means 4 storing the frequency to be compensation for a prescribed shopping and the services and a rewriting means 5 rewriting the frequency stored in the frequency storage means. A credit card may be served as this IC card. It is all right to store the frequency equivalent to the amount more than the purchasing amount in the frequency storage means. It is also all right to have a plurality of frequency storage means 4 and an identification means 6 for identifying the frequency storage means 4. |
