PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which records digital information of an article, a photograph, etc., of a publication in some form or another for having them sent from the publisher. SOLUTION: To gather digital information of printed matter, such as newspaper, a magazine, a photograph, etc., (1) an identification code, is added to information in the printed matter which can be provided at a user's request, (2) the user reads and records the identification code of the desired information, and (3) the identification code is sent to the information provider via the Internet. Consequently, the digital information corresponding to the identification code is sent to a computer of the user, so that the electronic information is obtained. |
