STORAGE MEDIUM ISSUING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue storage media having different valuable data despite of having no change dispensing mechanism. SOLUTION: This storage medium issuing device is provided with a currency identification means capable of identifying types of the currencies inputted from an input part, a memory medium read-out and write-in means writing data into the storage medium, an issuing means issuing the memory medium, and a control means controlling the operations. This device issues the storage medium of the valuable data equivalent to the types of the inputted currencies. Though having no change dispensing mechanism, this device can issue a plurality of types of storage memory media equivalent to the currency types.
