<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for integrated filing, by which retrieval, reading or printing can be performed without requiring various kinds of application software. SOLUTION: In IFD generating processing 40 of an integrated filing program 30, an IFD file 50 is generated for preserving both the application data of an arbitrary format for forming document data and the data for display and print of a prescribed format corresponding to the relevant application data. Further, by using the IFD file 50, the document data can be displayed, read, relocated or printed without using the application data. Thus, an electronic cabinet system capable of computerizing/managing drawings or sentences can be provided. Further, various kinds of documents can be unitarily managed.</p> |
