PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method of fixing rare-earth permanent magnets that are not caused to corrode by condensation. SOLUTION: In the method of fixing a rotor 1 and rare-earth permanent magnets 2 onto an adherend with a resin adhesive 3, the adhesive includes the constituent of ceramic powder having high thermal conductivity and electrically insulating characteristics as filler and this adhesive is applied on at least the adhesion surface of the magnets 2. The ceramic powder includes at least one of beryllium oxide (BeO), aluminum nitride (AlN), magnesium oxide (MgO), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), and silicon carbide (SiC). The resin is either an epoxy or silicone, based resin.
