PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sound insulation effect in a video signal recording and/or reproducing device which incorporates a hard disk drive. SOLUTION: The disk drive 9 which is incorporated within a casing body of equipment 1 is fixed to an attaching base 41, the attaching base 41 is fixed onto a lower side circuit board 7 at a required interval via leg pieces 41b, 41c, and an upper circuit board 6 is arranged by being supported with supporting members 42, 46 so as to provide a required interval between the circuit board 16 and the upper surface side of the hard disk drive 9.
