PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the electrical stability, to avoid the deterioration of insulating properties, to efficiently utilize a space, to stabilize the quality, to eliminate the adjustment after winding which requires a skillful worker and to reduce a working time. SOLUTION: A foundation insulation 14 is applied to an outer circumference of each tooth 13 of a core 11. A plurality of interlayer insulations 25 composed of moldings of nonconductive resin and a plurality of layers of coils 23 composed of moldings of conductive resin are alternately formed on the outer circumference of the foundation insulation 14 and the respective layers of the coils 23 are connected electrically to each other.
