PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of obtaining an excellent picked-up image after processing the image and capable of efficiently processing the image. SOLUTION: A first storage means 109 stores the feature quantity of the extraction coordinates to be used for image processing to the first image. A second feature quantity extracting means 113c obtains the feature quantity to be used for the image processing to the second image from the second image on the basis of the extraction coordinate of the feature quantity of the first image stored in the first storage means 109. With this structure, the feature quantity can be easily extracted from the second image without computing a coordinate for extracting the feature quantity of the second image.
