PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can send electronic mail to a portable terminal, while deleting an attached file part included therein and output the contents of the electronic mail to an image output device which is nearby the portable telephone in accompaniment of the movement of the portable telephone moves. SOLUTION: A mail server a100 sends the electronic mail where its attached file part is deleted, to the portable telephone set 200. The mail server a100 obtains current position information on the portable telephone 200 via a network 400 and a telephone network 600. According to the obtained position information, facsimile machine 950 and a printer 960 close to the portable telephone 200 are selected as an output destination and the attached file part is sent to the selected output destination after being converted, so that it can be outputted. Even if the user carrying the portable telephone moves, a nearby output destination is always selected automatically, and the user can confirm the contents of the attached file part of the electronic mail. |
