PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a superior electromagnetic shielding effect and its light weight and reduce the assembling time. SOLUTION: A cover 12 fixed to a frame main body 24 has flanges 30 and 31 at its right and left edges, and the flanges 30 and 31 are fitted to shield frames 40 and 41 that are fixed to the inside of cabinet plates 16 and 18 on the side face of the main body. Then, the main body 24 and the cover 12 can be fixed without an error in electric contact. The right shield frame 40 includes a fixing part to be fixed at the inside of the right cabinet plate 16 and a parallel part positioned almost in parallel with a space along the right cabinet plate 16 of the main body 24. The parallel part has a contact part on its end to be in contact with the cover and the other end bent in a shape like a step and joined to the fixed part. A fitting shaft 48 projected inside vertically from the right cabinet plate 16 is provided crosswise in a space between the right cabinet plate 16 and the parallel part. The flange 30 has a fitting part to be fitted with the fitting shaft 48. By fitting the fitting part with the fitting shaft, the contact part of the flange 30 is tightly fitted under pressure to the cover.
