PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrothermal sheet capable of being fit for multipurpose use in a simple structure without using various kinds of heating elements for purposes of use. SOLUTION: The breaking of a wire is eliminated by forming a heating element (heater) in a fibrous property. The form can be also made in various large and small shapes by adapting it to a using condition, a state and the like.
