PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a connector with the cut end part positively insulated, producing no cutting burrs of thin conductive wire in the cut end part and causing no short-circuit with parts arranged around the connector during pressure contact. SOLUTION: The thin conductive wire is spirally arranged over a predetermined length on an unvulcanized insulating rubber sheet fixed on a rotatary drum. Then the rotatary drum is rotated for moving a feeding part of the thin conductive wire by a predetermined distance with respect to a face of the insulating rubber sheet, and after this, the arrangement of the thin conductive wire over the predetermined length is resumed. After repeating this operation and finishing the arrangement of the thin conductive wire, the thin conductive wire is adhered and vulcanized to the insulating rubber sheet and cut in a direction crossing the thin conductive wire to form a conductive sheet piece. This conductive sheet piece is mounted inside a metal mold of which the molding part comprises a U-shaped groove so that a thin conductive wire side faces a molding face. A raw sponge silicone material is mounted on this, heated, pressurized, and foamed to form a connector material, and it is cut between the predetermined distance moved points.
