PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently judge and reuse the significance of pattents applied by other company and/or our company based on the data of a patent journal, etc., capable of extracting from the outside. SOLUTION: In an intellectual property information management server 1, journal data in relation to the our company is extracted by a retrieval part 12 from the journal data in a CD-ROM 4 read by a CD-ROM driver 11 and extracted into in a patent abstract prompt report database 15 after converting it into text data by a data extracting part 13. Furthermore, retrieval is automatically performed by providing a retrieval equation registration database 24 capable of registering a retrieval equation and automatically executing the retrieval. Consequently, pieces of data in relation to each section (client 3) are retrieved by a data copying part 17, copied to a significance judgment database 18 among the data in the patent abstract prompt report database 15 and the significance of the data is judged by a significance judging part 19. In this case, judgment of the significance is hierarchically performed by changing persons in charge as in primary judgment, secondary judgment. The data whose significance is judged as high is transferred to a storage database 21 if necessary by a data transfer part 20. |
