PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an advertisement insertion effect while realizing processing of high working efficiency, even when an advertisement client is diversified, in an issuance of a mail magazine. SOLUTION: There are provided a reader database for storing names of plural readers in an electronic mail together with personal information of every reader, an advertisement database for storing names of plural advertisement clients for an advertisement for the electronic mail together with an advertisement insertion condition of each client, and a comparison determination part for comparing fellow informations to determine whether the advertisement is to be inserted or not, the personal information of the reader is compared with the advertisement insertion condition of every client in the comparison determination part after the reader is selected, and the advertisement is inserted when both match. The advertisement insertion of high advertising effect is realized since an advertising object is narrowed down when the advertisement is inserted. |
