PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide advertisement information on a device. SOLUTION: An advertisement management server 1 comprises a device ID, a banner advertisement image, and an advertisement information DB 12 for storing URL of the advertisement site. When the device ID is received from a client 4, the banner advertisement image and URL corresponding thereto are returned. An I/O control device 42 displays the manual information of the device read out from a CD-ROM and the banner advertisement image on a display device 32.
