<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client managing system for storing the service utilization information of a client, extracting the stored information in the case of next utilization and effectively utilizing the information for a client service. SOLUTION: In the client managing system, a database is constructed for recording digital data, with which peculiar biological information is digitized, and the contents of every service concerning the client in each of stores or facilities, the biological information of an authentication target person to utilize the store or facility is acquired, the digital data thereof are generated and while using the digital data of this biological information as a key, a suiting rate is calculated in comparison with the digital data of the biological information of the client recorded in the database. Then, it is specified that the client having the suiting rate higher than a prescribed reference value is equal with the authentication target person and the record of the contents of the service to that client is extracted from the database and displayed.</p> |
