<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process monitoring device which enables a string of operation contents or the like executed against an alarm to be reproduced. SOLUTION: The present invention consists of an operation record reproducing unit 1 made up of an operation record reproducing control 2 and a memory 3 for operation record, and a process monitoring unit 4 made up of a process data storage memory 5 and a monitoring task 6. The above operation record reproducing control 2 takes out data on operation contents from the memory 3 for operation record by an operation record execution command 9, and also takes out process data from a storage position of the process data storage memory 5 corresponding to the data on the operation contents, sending both data to the monitoring task 6 for output means.</p> |
