PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital/analog converter that is sufficiently for suppressing dispersion in the resistance of ladder resistors for improving the conversion precision. SOLUTION: By causing the ladder resistors to change temporally dispersion errors of the resistance can be averaged out.
