PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device whose inverting input and a noninverting input can be used similarly to an original operational amplifier and whose offset voltage can optionally be adjusted. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with an operational amplifier of a differential configuration having an inverting input VIN and a noninverting input VIP, a capacitor C1 connected to a base terminal of a transistor N1 receiving the inverting input and a switch S1 that selectively supplies an output VOUT of the operational amplifier to the capacitor C1.
