PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shock which a hard disk drive receives when the shock owing to a fall or the like is generated, in a video signal recording and/or reproducing device which incorporates a hard disk drive. SOLUTION: The hard disk drive 9, which is incorporated within a casing body wherein a leg body 55 is attached to four corner parts of the bottom surface part of equipment 1, is fixed to an attaching base 41, the attaching base 41 is fixed to a lower side circuit board 7 by leg pieces 41b, 41c at a required interval, and the lower side circuit board 7 is fixed to a chassis 5 at a required interval. An upper side circuit board 6 is arranged in the upper surface side of the recording medium drive 9 at a required interval by supporting members 42, 46 which are disposed in the lower side circuit board 7 side.
