PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit plural data operands through a common digital device in a self-time type for minimizing hardware requirements. SOLUTION: An encoder (80) encodes first and second data operands respectively defined by the different first and second sets of logical paths on the same third set of the logical paths by changing an encoding system. A common digital device (82) separately and temporally continuously processes the first and second data (102A and 102B) in a self-time type, and transmits the processed first and second data on the fourth set of the logical paths. The decoder (90) continuously receives the processed first and second data from the fourth set of the logical paths, and decodes the first and second data on the different fifth and sixth sets of the logical paths.
