PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WWW content registration device which enables a user of WWW to register the contents on a WWW server device with a simple procedure, without having to provide exclusively-working registration administrator. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with two fax receiving devices 10 and 11 which receive images by fax, a base information storage part 27 and a fax transmission source detection part 21 which specify and obtain base information corresponding to a transmission source, a template content storage part 28 and a registration form storage part 29 which previously store different kinds of template contents and registration forms corresponding to kinds of BBSs, a content generation part 22, etc., which reads template contents and a registration form corresponding to the terminating fax receiving device 10 or 11 out of the storage parts 28 and 29, embeds the images and base information, and transfers them to the WWW server device 40 to temporarily register them, and a registration promotion mail generation part 24, etc., which generates and sends electronic mail, indicating that the temporary registrations have been completed to the transmission source of fax.
