PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save any labor and costs to be imposed on access control to a prescribed place. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a first data base indicating the position information of a prescribed place and a second data base including the personal information of a person who performs access to the prescribed place, and those first and second data bases are related with each other so that the validity or invalidity of the access to the prescribed place can be controlled. In this case, a data base controlled by a system different from the access control system is used as the second data base.
