PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed-type lighting fixture equipped with a battery, where thermal effect on the battery is suppressed. SOLUTION: An emergency battery C is housed in a battery case 41 hermetically in a tunnel lighting fixture 11 equipped with a high-pressure sodium lamp. The battery case 41 has a heat reflecting outer surface. The fixture has a connecting means 55 that connects the inside of the battery case 41 to the outside of the fixture body 15 through a path. The connecting means 55 is closed usually, and the inside is connected to the outside air through the path by opening a valve when a pressure in the battery case 41 increases.
