PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the required area of an office without requiring detailed company information on a company organization etc., and to design an office corresponding to the newest office form. SOLUTION: For ten kinds of office styles, model data including the distribution of areas to four job categories and passage parts and a required area per one seat is recorded in a data base. When the constitution ratio of an office style and the number of employees are inputted on a simulation sheet 50, the office area of each office style is calculated for each job category by referring to the model data from these pieces of inputted data.
